Spit On

This morning I washed my very dirty car. As I was washing I noticed black clouds on the horizon so I thought "I'll probably get rained on so this can be more of a rinse than a wash." Well the Lafonda (the Honda) came out looking pretty dang good. We drove to Firth and then on to Idaho Falls without so much as a drop hitting us, I even managed to dodge the road-hitting sprinkles. We arrived in IF just as the storm was leaving, phew no spots there. I even made it make to Firth and was just a few miles from home when I got spit on. I am not kidding you, no more than 100 raindrops hit my car-just enought to ruin a great wash job.
